If you've got the extra $, get the 3610 dual core like I tested here. So, yes the 3610 with Win-7 AND the dual core is a better choice really. It's been a huge help to me. I am considering purchasing the $199 version of the revo to hook to my panasonic 50" 720p plasma. I have 2 requirements for the machine. I need it to 1. play my ripped collection of dvds from a usb hard drive ( i gather this will be no problem) 2. Stream Netflix videos instantly.
