Otherwise you can just find yourself drifting along aimlessly, hoping that something will stick along the way. It also helps you see where you may be going wrong and how you can rectify this - important if you truly wish to take control of your own paths. You've got some great goals here already, Paul, and I look forward to seeing you grabbing your opportunities as they arise.
